What this covers
These terms govern your use of the CRAdar website and its free tools (Risk Check, SBOM scanner, generators, calculators). Paid subscriptions will have their own terms at launch.

Everything on this site — verdicts, scores, checklists, generated documents, guides, reports — is educational guidance about Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 and related law. It is not legal advice and does not create any professional relationship. Regulatory decisions with legal consequences should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
Free tools, as-is
The free tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Vulnerability data comes from third-party databases (OSV.dev) and may be incomplete or outdated; absence of findings is not proof of absence of vulnerabilities. Generated documents are templates — you are responsible for their accuracy before using them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRAdar is not liable for damages arising from use of this site.
Fair use
Don't abuse the APIs (automated bulk scanning beyond reasonable use, scraping at volume, attempting to disrupt the service). If you want programmatic access, email us — we're friendly.
